The MAE LED luminaire is designed for use in healthcare facilities, specifically for use in patient rooms, exam rooms, and recovery areas to facilitate examinations and general tasks required by both patient and medical professional.The luminaire provides multiple levels of quality task lighting including patient controlled ambient and reading lighting and staff controlled exam lighting. The patient room light offers ease of operation with options for integrated fixture controls or integration within a full building management system, and is compatible with commercial nurse call and patient pillow switch controls.The MAE features innovative optical technology, which provides powerful, focused illumination for examinations. Its unique design directs the light onto the bed and provides glare-free illumination for both the healthcare professional and patient. An architecturally styled design helps bring a relaxed, comfortable feel to any patient room environment.The MAE is ideal for today’s ever-changing, fast-paced healthcare facility. Use the MAE for general ambient lighting and exam functions or add the LED reading light option and combine three functions in one attractive 2' x 2' or 2' x 4' fixture. The LED technology is suited for today’s demanding healthcare facilities. From reducing energy and maintenance costs to being environmentally conscious, the LD3 linear LED module is the latest high performance linear module from Eaton’s Cooper Lighting business. Designed and tested to the most rigorous standards, the LD3 LED optic offers high CRI, multiple color temperatures, long-life and reliability.This high quality fixture features a heavy-guage aluminum housing and reflectors and has a powder coat painted white matte finish with an optional anti-microbial finish available. Providing exceptional illumination, the product is available in four color temperatures (3000K, 3500K, 4000K and 5000K) with a CRI of greater than 85. It features a standard 0-10V dimming driver with Fifth Light (DALI) option. It is designed to last 50,000 hours at 70 percent lumen maintenance. Metal parts are painted after fabrication to facilitate safe and easy installation, and to inhibit corrosion. The MAE luminaire also features closed-cell gasketing and low-voltage controllers for switching ease. Every product 100% electrically tested. The product is designed and tested to the most rigorous standards.The MAE luminaire features an architectural style with a linear-ribbed, center acrylic basket and matte-white painted reflectors. MAE is available with frosted linear, ribbed, acrylic exam and ambient lenses with prisms inward. An architecturally styled design helps bring a relaxed, comfortable feel to any patient room environment.
