The SCHOTT SpectraWand is a unique lighting element creating a spot of light within a retail or museum showcase. This glass fiber optic rod, comprised of multiple light carrying elements, receives its light from an LED light source or a glass fiber optic harness tail and distributes that light into the display.The SpectraWand is available in a range of heights (up to 13.8 ) and a range of bend radii (up to 40º down from horizontal). With the light source being accommodated within the structure of the case, this elegant lighting element is all that is on view and is available in transparent, amber and black.If used with a SCHOTT SpectraFlex Glass Fiber Optic lighting system, up to 16 SpectraWands can be illuminated by just one light source hidden within the architecture of the case.
