Modern Textures introduces a refined approach to corridor design, where movement, texture, and color come together to enhance the guest experience. Each pattern is developed to balance performance and emotion, guiding flow while complementing today’s contemporary interiors. Sculptural weaves, layered surfaces, and a versatile palette create depth and dimension, transforming transitional areas into intentional design moments.
“Modern Textures is about reimagining the guest journey,” says Stacy Garcia, Founder and Chief Inspiration Officer at Stacy Garcia Studio. “Each design evokes rhythm and feeling, adding character and continuity to spaces that connect the guest experience.”
The collection features six distinct patterns:
• Chi Chi – a refined geometric with rhythmic, forward-moving energy.
• Lina – sculptural and architectural, with light-catching dimension.
• Ace – tailored and versatile, offering understated sophistication.
• Otto – bold and graphic, designed to guide visual flow.
• Atlas – directional and balanced, grounding transitional zones.
• Jaco – expressive and organic, bringing an artisan sensibility to modern interiors.
Each pattern is available in seven curated colorways, from sun-washed neutrals to deep, saturated hues. Designed for cohesion across large-scale properties, the palette allows designers to layer tones and textures for mood, contrast, and continuity.
“We designed Modern Textures to perform as beautifully as it looks,” adds Beth James, Director of Product Development – Hospitality at Signature Flooring. “It gives designers creative flexibility while meeting the demands of daily use in the hospitality environment.”
Engineered with advanced ColorPoint tufting technology in a 1/10-gauge tip shear cut and loop construction, Modern Textures delivers precision patterning and a tactile, dimensional finish. Constructed with 100% solution-dyed nylon and a 40 oz. tufted pile weight, the collection combines luxurious hand with lasting durability.

The Design Process
Modern Textures was developed through a collaborative process between Signature Flooring and Stacy Garcia Studio, with a focus on reimagining the hospitality corridor as an intentional, immersive design element. The design team studied rhythm, movement, and spatial flow to create six sculptural patterns that guide the guest experience while maintaining visual cohesion across long, transitional spaces. Each design balances geometric precision with organic expression, layering texture and scale to create depth, dimension, and tactile engagement. Curated colorways—from sun-washed neutrals to rich, saturated tones—enhance spatial continuity and allow designers to build dynamic, cohesive environments. The collection’s approach reflects a holistic philosophy, combining artful pattern storytelling with technical performance, ensuring that every corridor becomes a purposeful and elevated part of the hospitality journey.
Sustainability
Modern Textures is engineered with 100% solution-dyed nylon and ColorPoint tufting technology for long-lasting performance in high-traffic hospitality corridors, reducing replacement cycles and material waste. The collection is supported by published Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) and Health Product Declarations (HPDs), providing transparent, third-party verified material and lifecycle information. Many styles carry MindClick ratings, helping designers select products aligned with ESG goals and sustainable building standards.
