Unlike most cooktops, every X-8™ burner delivers the full spectrum of heat performance. The gentle warm at 500 BTUS allows for a steady, even, and continuous heat that is available on all burners. The 36” model reaches a total of 95,000 BTUs across six burners, and the 30” model features four burners that reach 67,000 BTUs.
