Ergonomics
Tresco is guided by ISO 11064 best practices, equipped with 40 years of control room design experience, and committed to tailoring ergonomic solutions to every client’s control room needs.
Durability
In Year 10, your console should function just like it did on Day 1. Structured with heavy duty 12 gauge steel
frames and precision cut by computer numerically controlled machines, Tresco consoles are built to last.
Power and Storage
Our electrical and data solutions allow your operators to easily plug in and power up. Equipment mounting and storage is integrated into the console with quick release hinges to give you front and rear access.
Customization
Whatever the size, shape, and purpose of your control room, the 6000 series console provides streamlined
functionality.
Sustainability
Tresco products are composed of environmentally friendly materials, including cold rolled steel with a minimum of 30% recycled content and composite wood products with 100% recycled and/or recovered content.
Easy installation
Tresco’s certified installation team is committed to getting your consoles ready to go as soon as possible.
Console Structure
12-gauge cold rolled steel with powder coat finish. Built for 24/7 intensive
control room use. Modular design is space-efficient and easy to expand. Lifetime warranty.
Worksurface
High-pressure plastic laminate or Avonite solid surface options. Particle board core. Chemical, impact,
and scratch resistant. Finished with ergonomic waterfall-nose edging.
Height adjustability
Electromechanical lifting columns allow operators to raise and lower the worksurface and screens. Electronically adjustable monitor arms optimize operator viewing angles.
Video wall
Easy and ergonomic large display solution. Integrated directly into console structure. Mounted at ideal operator sightlines. Height-adjustable.
LED light with speakers
Overhead LED illuminates entire worksurface. No glare. Directional speakers incorporated directly into
arms of lighting structure.
Personal environment unit
Allows operator to control air diffusers, kick space heater, height adjustable worksurface, and task light.
Occupancy sensor shuts equipment off when not in use. Touchscreen display. Biometric analysis.
Kick space heater
Provides auxiliary heat in a slim and compact unit. Installed at the base of the console. Vertical louvers disperse heat evenly.
Air diffuser
Allows the operator to adjust air speed and direction as desired.
Rear acoustic panels
Reduces noise by absorbing reverberation and reflected sound. Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) of at least 0.2. NRC rating of 0.7 or 1.0 is available for an extra charge.
Cable management
Dual-service cables separate power and data. EZ Chain system organizes vertical cables. EZ Chains articulate up and down as the consoles height adjustes. Cable trays protect and conceal horizontal cables.
Finishes
Customizable finish materials and colors for worksurface and vertical panels. Customizable colours for acoustic panel fabric.
Noise control options
Sound showers direct alarm noises to relevant operator position(s). White noise generators help mask distracting control room noise.
