The 32,000-square-foot, $8 million general practitioner clinic for Tennessee Valley Primary Care, part of Summit Medical Group, is located in Jefferson City, Tennessee, and features 48 exam rooms, in-house laboratory and X-ray facilities, physical therapy and ample staff support areas. The facility is designed to function both as a standard appointment-only general practice clinic and as an after-hours urgent care clinic.

Working closely with developer Realty Trust Group, Johnson Architecture became involved in all aspects of the project, including site selection and development, programming, design and general contractor selection.
