New trend are shown in the last 5 years for Hospital buildings for more openness and inviting environment for healing and social interaction with community.This concept for inside –outside building relationship dictates new visions for transparency, day lighting ,way finding and new operational model of “one stop shop”.All these features persuades for a new generative design for the clinics building of the 21st century.All is reinforced by a comprehensive new design process based on Evidence Based Design(EBD).
