Halo Grande, designed exclusively for Luxo by world-renowned lighting designer and international architect, Olle Anderson, combines high-performance illumination in a striking Scandinavian contemporary design. Fusing energy-efficiency and quality indirect light, these luminaries are ideal for large spaces and areas with high ceilings.Halo Grande pendants are characterized by a cone-shaped light housing with three light-diffusing rings stacked atop the cone. This housing is suspended below a 31-inch disc-shaped reflector shade, with the design option of either a second cone penetrating this shade, or an inverted disc resting on top of the fixture. With a canopy in excess of 31  in diameter, this impressive fixture makes the ideal alternative to standard glass or metal bowl pendants for lobbies, atriums and foyers.A choice of single or double metal halide lamp sources provide illumination. Both versions have a 150-watt ceramic metal halide lamp that provides indirect lighting off the canopy bathing the space below in a gentle, diffuse light. The double, or up-light version, has a secondary lamp source: a 250-watt ceramic metal halide lamp that serves the dual purpose of adding additional general lighting while simultaneously illuminating overhead architectural detail.The pendants are constructed of lightweight steel and extruded aluminum components finished in white powder-coat paint. The bottom cone is available in multiple color options. Taking advantage of these color choices can greatly enhance the visual effect of this fixture. Halo Grande pendants are suspended from ceiling surfaces via three solid stem suspensions, making the luminaries ideal for a broad range of spaces including building lobbies, corridors, corporate dining and conference areas, office spaces, institutional, retail, healthcare, hospitality and industrial environments.
