Brixham Pendant Long

Nominee
The Brixham Long Wooden Ceiling Light takes four bulbs set within its wide lampshade. It’s one of a range of wooden lights that come in several styles of varying sizes. The design of the large lamp shades take their inspiration from traditional crab pots made of wooden slats. Which is why the lighting range is called Brixham, after the Devon fishing town. This hand-finished wood light unit makes a distinctive solution where long lighting is needed in a modern commercial setting, being available in several finishes including an oak veneer, as well as bespoke colours to suit your interior. The Brixham long wood pendant light is designed and manufactured by Liqui Contracts in Britain and is made of sustainably sourced birch ply.

Liqui® Group was founded in 2007 by furniture designer and maker Cameron Fry who has grown the practice into an award-winning, multi-disciplined design studio that has built its reputation on detail-focused creative thinking and a belief that things can be different. This means that we not only design and make things to look good and function well, but also to have a minimum impact on the environment.
