TagWizard is a first-of-its-kind individual space scheduling device enabling users to walk-up, badge-in and reserve a free-address individual workspace. Mobile workers can “tag” a space on demand, from their computer, or mobile device. TW personalizes the setting by putting the individuals name on the devices. Behind the scene, TagWizard collects information about facilities through occupancy use and sensors, providing facility managers with complete information on real estate utilization and wellbeing factors such as temperature, air quality and lighting levels.

Users reserve and personalize a space on demand by swiping their employee ID or ‘tag’ in advance through calendar scheduling systems or a mobile phone. We received our first patent in 1914 for a steel wastebasket -- a major innovation at a time when straw wastebaskets were a major office fire hazard.
