A humbling experience, it allowed us to focus on eliminating waste in our processes – from office to plant environments. With the help of our internal Quality Plus program, we set continuous goals and empower our employees to make it happen with innovation and flexibility. Today, the direction Cold Spring Granite has taken has lead to fantastic opportunities for our customers. Excellent internal support, streamlined drafting and design, and dramatically reduced manufacturing lead times. In fact, we proudly share that 98% of our granite products are delivered on the date that our customers request it - well above foreign and domestic industry standards. The company's list of notable projects include buildings in every major city throughout North America, many landmark projects in cities overseas, some of the most prestigious private estate memorials in the country, and national memorials such as the Franklin Delano Roosevelt Memorial and the Korean War Memorial in Washington D.C.
