Bosch's new induction cooktops are set to become a staple for consumers who value energy-efficiency, convenience, quality and above all, safety, in their kitchens. While it is the brand's first foray into this segment in the United States, Bosch has drawn upon its considerable expertise with induction cooking technology in Europe. Available in 30 and 36 full induction models with a smooth and easy-to-clean black ceramic glass surface. Both models feature a large 11 induction element, along with medium and smaller zones to accommodate a variety of cookware sizes. In the 36 model, this 11 element has dual zones for even greater flexibility.
