Sarita draws its inspiration from 17th century Kashmiri Shawl ornamentation. The original craze for Paisley in the western world came about when Napoleon gave one of these exquisite shawls to Josephine. Paisley has been an important motif in design ever since.
Our version of this Kashmiri design is composed of a delicate filagree outline in the form of a Paisley that is slightly exotic and quietly textural at the same time.
Choose from an array of 10 luxurious metallics and 6 complex neutrals.
Sarita Texture is an interpretation of an Ikat textile. In the original fabrics, warp threads are tied and dyed and then woven to create a soft feathering of the color. This is the effect we have tried to achieve. Our versatile texture is offered in 18 colourways.
