NEOREST II High-Efficiency Faucet

Platinum Award
Inspired by a sword's blade of steel, which forms single uninterrupted line, the NEOREST II HEF is super-slim faucet whose shape is contoured; it has no joints. Its water flows as a cascade, which is reminiscent of the waterfall of a gentle, organic stream. The NEOREST II faucet and control evolve conventional faucet style and functionality into the best of modern luxury. With a sleek and slender spout, the faucet looks more like a work of art. The very minimalist profile is reinforced by the way the faucet itself seems to flow from the countertop. The NEOREST II faucet control is one of the more unique elements of the faucet system. It emits a tranquil glow that comes from beneath the control to indicate the temperature of the water. When turned entirely toward the hot temperature setting, the light turns completely red; when turned to cold, the light will change to blue. As you rotate the control, which turns on the water with a light push, the color goes through gradients to indicate whether you are going toward hot or cold. The advanced technology of the control also allows for two flow rates: 2.0 GPM for regular flow and 1.35 GPM for high efficiency. The high-efficiency flow can be used simply by pushing and holding the button down, a convenient feature when you just want a splash of water to wash a toothbrush or fill a glass. The faucet features a Shape Memory Alloy (SMA) valve to maintain constant water temperature and uses low-lead materials.
