The amenities area of this luxury high-rise condominium overlooking the Caloosahatchee River called for a neutral color scheme in the style of transitional contemporary. Upon entering through the glass doors you immediately step onto a natural slate floor. The rust colored carpet was used as an accent to the neutral colors and is set into the slate flooring bringing the cozy seating area together. A mahogany stained built-in display cabinet covers the back wall. The slate from the floor is carried through on the base and top of the cabinet. Etched glass with the letter P representing the name of the building, frames the left and right side of the room. A grass cloth wall covering in a metallic finish compliments the slate flooring and completes the room.
The slate flooring continues to run through the corridors of this space. Columns clad with mahogany stained wood carry the theme to the adjoining rooms. The social room is wrapped in wainscoting which is set at 4 ft high. The carpeting has a wave pattern which emulates the pool and river just outside its doors. The built-in cabinet has stainless steel inserts to add detail to the piece. The conference room holds a large table which is stained in mahogany bringing this element into the room from the surrounding areas. The artwork throughout all the rooms is a unifying element.
