This model home is very large and it's always challenging to make a large home warm and welcoming. The formal living room has floor to ceiling windows looking out onto the negative edge pool which, in turn, overlooks a huge lake. The light aqua colors used throughout the home help bring a soft, flow to the interior of the home. The formal dining room gives the impression of a much larger room that can be used for entertaining. The bar area off the dining room/living room area featured two ornate gold carved chairs which add seating to the dining room as well as the living room area for additional entertaining. The grand master suite features formal draperies framing floor to ceiling windows/doors opening to the pool area. The master suite was designed to have a very elegant European spa feeling for the future owners of the house. Custom faux finish was applied to the dome ceilings immediately over the oversize jacuzzi tub. Luxury and elegance are emphasized throughout the master suite.
The great room is a more casually elegant space suitable for entertaining family and grand children. Lots of comfortable seating choices give visitors a variety of places to eat, read, play games, or watch TV.
A ground level guest suite is easily accessed and designed in calm, neutral colors to welcome any guest. Two guest suites on the second level are on either side of a morning kitchen and bistro set designed to make the guests' stay more comfortable. The twin and queen guest suites both open onto a large veranda overlooking the pool/lake area. The queen guest suite featured beautiful Oriental panels as a headboard complementing elegant dark salmon bedding and draperies. The twin guest suite is elegantly neutral and can be used for younger guests.
